It is made up of a team with highly motivated professionals in various fronts of IC&T; we have a great alliance with numerous equipment manufacturers and vendors on- and offline.

In keeping to our commitment of offering a standard service, the company is segmented into three divisions; Business development department (BBD), Technical Support division (TSD) and Supervisions & Administration section (S&A).

● Business Development Division

This unit is made up of a team of professionals saddled with identifying the client’s needs, conducting a feasibility survey of the proposed project and cost/benefit analysis. And presenting a customized list of option for clients' to choose from.

● Technical Support Department

The technical support section basically transforms the solution presented by the Business Development Division to the client into a practical visible and viable event. This team consists of dedicated personnel that are certified, experienced and skilled in hardware & field acquiescence, setting up, installations and implementation. Basically, it is a team of IC&T gurus with an objective to maintain client’s optimum hardware performance & field profiles by opting/responding to helpdesk lines and periodic routine checks (after sales support).

● Supervision & Administration

This group runs the company as a whole, it handles clients complains, client content ness, staff profiles and the power to accept or refuse project analysis and reports brought in by BDD or TSD.
